[Agent++ 4.7.2] C++20/23 support: const correctness required

Hi!

I tried to compile Agent++ 4.7.2 with MSVC and C++20 enabled.

It won’t work, because of operator overload resolution failures, as the equality (and lt/gt) operator for the MibTableRow class are not marked const.

It’s a cheap fix I’d recommend to apply. Maybe there are more missing const qualifiers, but those are build breakers.

Please try with AGENT++ 5.0.2. It should compile fine with C++20 and C++23.

thank you for the suggestion, but upgrading a major dependency version is more work thn currently feasable :wink: That’s why I tried, and as described, the fix is really cheap.
