First off I am aware that I should be using newer versions of the software, but I have legacy platform I need to maintain that cannot move beyond Java 8 right now. I would like to be able to download the 2.x releases of the CLT tools, but while they appear present in this page:

The links in question give 404 errors. Is it possible to restore the links?
