Bug reporting process for non-support users

Please document the process for reporting bugs if a user does not have access to Jira.
Something similar to: ReportingBugs

Hi,

I think you did very well in your other two posts (bug reports). Actually this forum is the right place.

Just give the needed information to either reproduce the problem/bug and/or (if you already fixed it) what you did to fix it.
