Can we load config file once after we get snmpget request ??

I am new to SNMP4J , and I want to maintain different config files for different users. Is it possible to load config file once we get request like snmpget , snmpset ??
Please consider it and let me know ASAP i want it urgently.

Hi , I want to capture and handle snmp-net commands in backend to apply config file before we send response to client side. For eg, if we execute snmpget before we send response to client can we apply config file in backend (java)?
