HAVE_POLL_SYSCALL support

I am trying to use libsnmp++ with HAVE_POLL_SYSCALL defined in a project that is compiled with -Wall, and messages are appearing:

snmp++-4.0.1/include/snmp_pp/usertimeout.h:149:9: warning: 'Snmp_pp::CUTEventQueue::HandleEvents' hides overloaded virtual function [-Woverloaded-virtual]
int HandleEvents(const int /maxfds/,
^
snmp++-4.0.1/include/snmp_pp/eventlist.h:103:15: note: hidden overloaded virtual function 'Snmp_pp::CEvents::HandleEvents' declared here: different number of parameters (2 vs 4)
virtual int HandleEvents(const struct pollfd *readfds, const int fds) = 0;
^

snmp++-4.0.1/include/snmp_pp/userdefined.h:155:9: warning: 'Snmp_pp::CUDEventQueue::HandleEvents' hides overloaded virtual function [-Woverloaded-virtual]
int HandleEvents(const int maxfds, const fd_set &readfds,
^
snmp++-4.0.1/include/snmp_pp/eventlist.h:103:15: note: hidden overloaded virtual function 'Snmp_pp::CEvents::HandleEvents' declared here: different number of parameters (2 vs 4)
virtual int HandleEvents(const struct pollfd *readfds, const int fds) = 0;

These files do not contain a branch with HAVE_POLL_SYSCALL. I need not _USER_DEFINED_EVENTS or _USER_DEFINED_TMEOUTS, so add fake stubs. What problems might I encounter?

This is a regression in 4.0.0 and 4.0.1 caused by the new TransportMappings (TLS and TCP) which are not handled properly in the poll() code variant.
I have fixed that for 4.0.2 which will be available until end of this week.

SNMP++ 4.0.2 is now available for download which uses the poll for POSIX platforms as default now to avoid the 1024 file descriptor limitation of select. There are updates for AGENT++ (5.0.2) and AgentX++ (3.0.2) available too.
