MIB Explorer 5.3.0 has been released 2025-04-06T22:00:00Z with some bug fixes and the new PDU transaction feature supported by new functions in Packets and PDU panel.
RELEASE NOTES
- Fixed: SNMPv3 noAuthNoPriv responses could not be received with USM Target definition if Principal was unchecked.
- Fixed: PDU panel showed disabled Close button when first (single) PDU was opened from XML file.
- Added: Packets panel instant search and filter UI element.
- Added: Packets panel “Export as” button for exporting captured packets as transactional PDU XML file.
- Added: PDU panel now supports an optional “PDU TXN” mode that can be used to send a sequence of PDUs (SET, GET, GETNEXT) to the current target as a “transaction”. The transaction can be canceled if either, an error status is returned on a sent PDU or if the returned RESPONSE PDU does not match the expected RESPONSE PDU defined in the transactional PDU sequence.
