No entry for (user name)

Hello,

I am using the sample code for agent++ (4.3.1) and created a target and USM user: SHADES.
When I trying to Browse the target I am getting in the target console
WARING: USMUserNameTable: No entry for (user name) in table: (SHADES).

What this warning means? Is the user on the target created properly or something is missing?
