snmp++: confusion about license

Hi,

Since snmp++ v3.6.0 the package contains a GPLv3 COPYING file in the top level directory. The release notes don’t mention anything about a major change in licensing terms, so I wonder if the COPYING file slipped in by accident.

Hi Holger,
Yes that was shipped by accident, it was generated by an auto-tool and by accident included in the dist build.
It will be removed from the next release.
