SNMP4j V3 does not verify the correctness of securityName

I encountered some issues when using snmp4j2.5.1 version. Even when I used the wrong username, I could still obtain information, as if the correctness of the securityName was not verified;

In addition, my version has been upgraded to 3.2.2, using sample code and returning a request timeout;

Hi, both versions are quite old. I strongly recommend to upgrade to the latest version.
SNMP4J does not authorise any requests. That is done by the VACM. If you do not implement that, any authenticated user is accepted.

The timeout can have many reasons, for example wrong credentials, wrong port or IP.
